FF Trace Portal Manager

Within the scope of the EU - FMD European Union serialization regulation, after February 2019, manufacturer companies; data matrix and tamper evident application obligation is going to be imposed to all products in their export.

Our system combined the Inkjet technology with QR code printing, quality control and tamper evident in one machine is designed to be easily integrated to manufacturing line. For detailed information and demo please contact us.

Ready for all your processes

Tracking and tracing is a system for confirming the authenticity of products as well as monitoring the transition of products from manufacturer or importer to final consumer individual labeling, identification and monitoring of product movement. Tracking and tracking is used primarily in the pharmaceutical industry to monitor the movement of the pharmaceutical industry and to protect products against counterfeiting.

Control is performed by marking products containing unique graphic codes (Data Matrix codes, QR codes, 1D barcodes) for further reading at all checkpoints on the product route. From the time of labelling to the moment of transfer or disposal to the end consumer, all actions taken in relation to the product are recorded in the product tracking system.

Today, projects are being actively implemented in the world for the additional labeling of drugs with two-dimensional codes. Basic GS1 is a two-dimensional code model data matrix developed by the international non-profit association for product accounting systems. Visually, the data matrix code is a small rectangular matrix within the complex patterns. Outwardly, it looks like a QR code familiar to the consumer. The marking system is based on the principle of double entry: at each stage of the transfer of products, all parties confirm their shipment and receipt. The labelling process consists of serialization, aggregation, and re-aggregation.

How our system Works?

  • A number of unique identification tools (code data matrix ЕСС200) are manufactured or ordered from the market regulator for product labeling.
  • The products are marked and verified with a data matrix code. Group packages (cardboard boxes, pallets) are also marked with linear barcodes.
  • Correctly marked codes are entered into the FF TRACE Manager Database. Each code connects to a specific product unit and contains product information.
  • The products are sent to the next logistics point and saved in the company's warehouse.
  • Sampling can be performed for any reason. (products subjected to quality control, seized for certification etc.)
  • Reports related to finished products are prepared and sent to market regulators.
  • Warehouse operations: products are grouped, regrouped in group packaging, then re-registered in a new group package.
  • Products are sent to the following logistics point: wholesale bases, dealers, distributors.
  • Products has been recorded again and affirmed (wholesale bases, seller, distributors). Products are sent to the next logistics point (final consumer (pharmacies and medical facilities)).
  • Products has been recorded again and affirmed (pharmacies and medical facilities).
  • Products are affirmed by the end user for reliability on sale.

Full integration with Russia

We offer our customers in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus an automated system for serialization and semi-automatic collection (Track & Trace) that fully meets international standards.

The line is designed for automatic serialization and packaging aggregation. The serialization machine is a conveyor system where, with the help of an ink printer, the required information is applied to a separate package (GTIN, individual package number, HS code, serial number, expiration date) in the form of the Data Matrix ECC200. After printer a series of cameras are placed to check the quality to the conveyor. All packages with poorly applied information are removed from the conveyor by a rejection device. Then the packages reach the group packaging table, where the operator pre-packs the packages into layers in a cardboard box and layer-by-layer merge. The operator using an automatic machine removes each packet layer. After the cardboard box is full, the printer prints a label on it and the information in that box is transferred to the database.

Pallets are collected using a handheld scanner. Information about the contents of the palette is also entered into the serial database, the program creates a group label for the palette and prints it to the printer.

  • The entire process is monitored and managed by our own software product, FF TRACE Manager. The Program has a modular design. All modules are connected to a common Ethernet network using the TCP / IP protocol and controlled using an industrial controller. Product labeling information is stored in a local database on an industrial computer. After completion of the manufacturing process, reports about finished products are manufactured and sent to market regulators and the enterprise’s ERP system.
