FF Trace Portal Manager
According to the EU - FMD European Union serialization regulation, after February 2019, manufacturing companies will be required to apply a barcode and tamper-evident security seal to all their export products.
Our system, which combines barcode printing, quality control, and tamper-evident application with inkjet technology in a single machine, is designed to be easily integrated into your production line. Please contact us for detailed information and a demo.
FF Trace Line Manager
Ready for all your processes
Track and Trace is a system of individual labeling, identification, and tracking of goods movement that verifies the authenticity of goods while also monitoring the movement of goods from the manufacturer or importer to the end consumer. Track and Trace is primarily used in the pharmaceutical industry to monitor the movement of medicines and protect products against counterfeiting.
Control is carried out by marking products with unique graphic codes (Data Matrix codes, QR codes, 1D barcodes) for further reading at all checkpoints in the product route. From the time of labeling to the moment of transfer or disposal to the end consumer, all actions performed in relation to the product are recorded in the product tracking system.
Today, projects for the additional labeling of medicines with two-dimensional codes are actively being implemented worldwide. A two-dimensional code model developed by the basic GS1 international non-profit association for commodity accounting systems is a data matrix. Visually, the data matrix code is a small rectangular matrix with complex patterns inside. Outwardly, it looks like a QR code familiar to the consumer. The marking system is based on the principle of double entry: at each stage of the transfer of goods, all parties confirm their shipments and receipts. The labeling process consists of serialization, aggregation, and re-aggregation operations.
How does our system work?
- A series of unique identification tools (data matrix ЕСС200 code) are produced or ordered from the market regulator for product labeling.
- Products are marked with a data matrix code and verified. Group packages (cardboard boxes, pallets) are also marked with linear barcodes.
- Correctly marked codes are entered into the FF TRACE Manager database. Each code is linked to a specific product unit and contains product information.
- Products are sent to the next logistics point and recorded in the company's warehouse.
- Sampling can be done for any reason. (products have been subjected to quality control, seized for certification, etc.)
- Reports on finished products are prepared and sent to market regulators.
- Warehouse operations: products are grouped, re-grouped in group packaging, then re-registered in a new group package.
- Products are sent to the following logistics point: wholesale bases, dealers, distributors.
- Products are re-registered and verified (wholesale locations, sellers, distributors). Products are sent to the next logistics point (end consumer (pharmacies and medical facilities)).
- Products are re-registered and verified (pharmacies and medical facilities).
- At the point of sale, the reliability of the products is verified by the end user.
Full integration with Russia
We offer our customers in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus an automated system for serialization and semi-automatic aggregation (Track & Trace) that fully complies with international standards.
The line is designed for automatic serialization and packaging aggregation. The serialization machine is a conveyor system in which the necessary information in the Data Matrix ECC200 format (GTIN, individual package number, HS code, serial number, expiration date) is applied to a separate package with the help of an ink printer. After the printer, a series camera is placed on the conveyor, which checks the quality of the information. All packages with poorly applied information are removed from the conveyor by a rejection device. Then, the packages reach the group packaging table, where the operator performs pre-packaging of the packages in layers in a cardboard box and layer-by-layer combination. An operator using an automatic machine removes each layer of packages. After the cardboard box is full, the printer prints a label on it, and the information in this box is transferred to the database.
Pallets are collected using a hand scanner. Information about the contents of the pallet is also entered into the serial database, the program generates a group label for the pallet and prints it on the printer.
- The entire process is monitored and managed by our own software product, FF TRACE Manager. The program has a modular design. All modules are connected to a common Ethernet network using the TCP / IP protocol and controlled using an industrial controller. Product labeling information is stored in a local database on an industrial computer. After the production process is completed, reports on finished products are generated and sent to market regulators and the enterprise's ERP system.
